3 Cats 2 Acres and 1 Hen ~ Granny & Hen

I was an LMT for the last 25 years. I'd like to thank my Heavenly Father for providing for me, all my many clients over the years and my teachers @tristate college of Massotherapy for allowing me the privilege of retiring this year from a wonderful & fulfilling career. 

A shift is occuring. A new journey begins.

My grandson, Hen and I have decided to embark on a journey of self sufficiency through livestock and agriculture. We grow an organic vegetable and herb garden and 12 fruit orchard on our little 2 acres. Growing as much food and medicinal herbs as we can. We live organically.

I turn herbs into life enhancing herbal remedies and supplements and offer them to you here online, from my farm and at local farmers markets. We rely on our 3 cats to help maintain order in the garden...and they do a great job!

We have a backyard mixed flock of 16 chickens that lay a beautiful array of colors...Sapphire Skies (light green), Black astralorps (pink/red), Black sexlinks (light-dark brown), ISA Browns (light yellow-tan), an Olive Egger (dark green), Brahma (speckled/tan), Leghorn (white) & Buff Orpington (tan). I sell their eating table eggs $5/dozen. They don't have a rooster over them yet but plans are in the making! 

We then decided to add to the flock and raise American Bresse chickens, to feed our families and supply to the local community with hatching eggs, chicks and young birds from our little 2 acres farm in NE Ohio.
